📜 Terms of Use

No Warranty: The Onion Router is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee its security, uptime, or accuracy.
No Custody: The protocol is non-custodial. You are solely responsible for the management of your private keys, wallets, and digital assets.
Open Source Use: Any use of the protocol’s code is subject to its license. Contributions or forks must comply with open-source standards and respect attribution rights.
Termination: We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the project for any user who violates applicable laws or acts in bad faith toward the community or the project.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that using blockchain-based technologies comes with inherent risk, including volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and irreversible transactions.
🔒 Privacy Notice
We do not collect, store, or process personal data. The Onion Router is designed to operate without requiring KYC, account creation, or identity linkage.
However:
Third-party services (e.g., analytics on GitBook, community platforms, or RPC providers) may collect limited metadata (IP addresses, browser type, etc.). Please refer to their privacy policies individually.
For security testing or public bug bounties, we may temporarily collect anonymized feedback.
Participation in some events (like leaderboard rewards or referrals) may require voluntary submission of wallet addresses or proof of interaction. This data is never linked to real-world identities and is purged after use.
The Onion Router is built on the belief that privacy is a human right — and that belief is reflected in every part of our design.
